BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT 

The Zoning Board reviews appeals from the decision of the Zoning Officer, requests for interpretation of the Zoning Ordinance, Dimensional Variances, Use Variances, Map Act Variances, Site Plan reviews and Subdivision Approval.

All meetings of the Zoning Board of Adjustment are open to the public, except such executive sessions authorized pursuant to State law. The regular meetings of the Board of Adjustment are held on the third Monday of each month at 7:300 P.M. in the Violet Bogert Annex unless otherwise noted.
